No after sales service.

I have just changed to Outsurance. The set up of my insurance cover is not complete as I wish to include credit short fall for my wife's vehicle. I have sent multiple mails to Bree about this and I have sent her the vehicle inspections she required. I have received no response back from her on any of these issues. This is shocking service. My old insurer Indwe responded immediately to any query I had. Bree was very friendly and continuously contacted me while trying to get my business but nothing since joining. I am thinking of cancelling and going back to my old insurer,
