No Accountability for their own Service Providers

I had a burst geyser pipe incident in 2014, and my laminate floors in the bedrooms and passage were damaged. Outsurance appointed the most *********** service providers, who have since come out three times, in order to try and fix issues where the floors are not level. I did not have this issue with my original floors, and I do not have this issue with my laminate floors in other rooms (which were done by another company). After failing to resolve the issue, Ousurance sent somebody out to check if the I have a moisture issue in the floors. The first team came out about two weeks ago, and told me there was nothing wrong. Two weeks passed with no feedback, and now, Outsurance say they are sending somebody out for a second opinion (seems that they are looking for excuses)? In the meantime, my whole family is sleeping in the TV room, because half the flooring is off in my bedrooms. I have been put through major inconvenience for the past year. Why can't Outsurance assign proper quality inspectors to verify if the job is done properly the first time around? Why don't they communicate and provide feedback? Not even one courtesy call?
