No 500 paid to date

Outsurance failed to beat my current insurer premium for car insurance and on the 17/06/2021 i received an email from Charles van Rooyen confirming that they will pay R500 within 5 days of which i am still waiting for it to date. I emailed him twice to confirm when will be the payment be done, still no response.

This is false advertising and it simply shows that if they fail to pay an amount as little as R500 will they be able to pay your claim, i am happy that i didnt join them.

If they dont pay this amount i will report them to advertising regulatory board or Consumer Goods and Services Ombud for false advertising.
