No 3rd party pay out due to client having a black out
What does a 3rd party claim mean if they decline the claim after their client had a health scare??????

26 Mar 2024, 12:11Hello Christa
Following our private reply to you, our liability claims manager contacted you.
He discussed the reason for us refuting liability. Our client was not legally liable, as she suffered a black-out and accident was caused as a result. She was therefore not negligent.
Thank you for affording us the opportunity to clarify.
