NISSAN MAGNITE DAMAGED BY THE TRUCK OF AUTORECOVERY

On January 2025, Nissan Magnite had an accident, the damage was the bumper only. It was taken by Auto-Recovery to their storage place. My vehicle fell from their truck and became beyond repairs was damage both front and back. OUTsurance as an insurance of Auto-recovery assessed the vehicle and confirmed that really it cannot be fixed, surprisingly OUTsurance wanted to pay only 85000. my vehicle was still new, I am still paying it. and told that the balance will be paid by the other insurance which is AFFINITY. I am very stressed with what happened to my vehicle. I am very disappointed with OUTsurance. I did not expect from them. the damage was only the bumper. THE BALANCE OF THE VEHICLE IS STILL HIGH, THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT IS R209 000
