Night-time help

<p>On Wednesday 10 August 2016 we had a breakdown at around 18:35. I called the Help at Out number and received prompt and courteous aid. The person who took the call was very efficient, took all relevant details and despatched a tow service to get us home. Both Outsurance and the tow company made a point of phonong tp keep us up to date with progress and make sure we were safe.</p> <p>The tow company, Brother Roadside were really helpful and quick to reach us, and the driver they dispatched, whose name I'm sorry to say I forgot to record, was friendly and professional. My husband and I were both very impressed by the service.</p>
