New laptop, no bag

Replacement entry level laptop received promptly and on time thank you - delivered to Danelle Abbink Attorney. No Laptop bag included which is very disappointing however as Laptops are normally ****** bag and all. Not sure whether Outsurance is responsible for this or not, still disappointed as the laptop is also almost R3 000.00 below insured price.
