New client with OUTsurance

Recently changed my insurance from another insurance company to OUTsurance. OUTsurance underwrites their own policies - This could probaby be the reason why their claims are dealt with efficiently, without dealing with a 3rd party. Received excellent client care from Mr Siya Mzizi (OUTsurance Advisor) and his manager, Michelle. Being a pensioner, they offered me a competitive premium/s including 'No Excess' cover.
