New client that is already unhappy with the service

I am a new client that just signed up for home and contents insurance, however when I logged into my profile I noticed that there is also out-and-about insurance on my profile which we did a quote for but I did not say I want that insurance, I specifically said cancel the out-and about insurance.

I have been trying to contact your call center with no success which now makes me wonder if I made the right decision with regards to my insurance company.

Please cancel the out-and-about insurance on my profile as it was never requested
