New Client is stunned

I wholeheartedly give 5 stars. After having been with another provider sirca 2015 without a claim. The one day I needed my previous insurer - they left me hanging to resolve things myself.

I bought a new bakkie in January and moved to Outsurance. 11 April 2 assailants tried to gain access to my house while my wife was home - long story short I chased them and had an accident in pursuit with SAPS.

I called and was greeted and assisted by Merriam Monnakgotla after explaining the call her 1st words were "Is your wife OK?" to me valuing life over assets and very comforting.

Fast forward 4 days and everything is done and dusted and approved and I only made 1 phone call - Merriam did everything for me!!!

In todays day and age where insurances companies have a bad rep - I am so grateful I made the move to Outsurance and they really do live up to their ads - its not just advertising.

Call your current insurer and ask them how much they pay out in the event of a write off - then call Outsurance and compare apples to apples - then look at the premiums and see the value add they provide to you ... and peace of mind is worth more than money in my books.

I cant fault them at all and they have made me a believer!!!
