New car insurance

<p>I recently got car insurance with Outsurance. I was impressed with the way they handled the situation, and they really came to the party by lowering my premium, as i only wanted the cheapest quote i could find.</p> <p>The only drawback to the whole taking-out-insurance-thing, was that they communicated that there would be no joining fee. Had they stated that they will deduct the joining fee and then refund me within a week, i would have know, but that wasnt said. SO when i got my first debitorder payment notification, big was my surprise to see my premium being R300 more than what is was supposed to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>After sending an eamil, another consultant phoned and assured me there is a refund scheduled within the next week or so. </p> <p>Overall i am still happy with the service, but it would be great if there is a bit more communication and transparency.....</p>
