Never too old to learn if you take the time to listen!

The agent Lincoln who had taken over from the previous lady who was also really efficient called and introduced himself and agreed to call me Thursday 12h00.

Lincoln spent 2 hours patiently explaining and going through every detail of the policy with me. He negotiated with management where I had queries, found out information I needed to know and was very efficient and polite at all times. He had no problem going through everything again and again to ensure that I was happy and understood all the options and had made the correct decisions.

He advised me about perks which I was not aware of and in general educated me about insurance.

After 16 years of being with the same company, thank you Lincoln, not only have I learnt a lot but also we are saving a lot of money monthly.
