<p>I had to take out insurance on my new (old) vehicle for the first time in many years. It started off with a very helpful lady, handing me over to another very friendly an cheerful lady. I regret I never took notice of their names. Lady number 2 phoned me back as promised at 15h00, but I missed the calls due to me being called into a meeting. I called back, but since I could not give her name I was transferred to a gentleman by the name of Willem Pretorius. I was most impressed by his friendly manner. He asked which is my language of preferance and then explained the process as we went along. He has an open and friendly way in his dealings as well as being on top of the product he. During the quotation he was upselling, which to me is a very good trait in a sale person.</p>
