Never Take Vehicle insurance with Outsurance before finalizing any deal

Outsurance has put messed up my Vehicle financing by putting a claim at the credit bureau for a vehicle that never left the dealership floor because the deal never materialized.. This has frozen up my credit financing with all the banks (the fee was a pro rata rate of R150.00(one hundred and fifty rand) for crying out loud .. Never sign up for vehicle insurance with them before finalizing your dealership deal .. The consultant helping me thought the entire thing has a humourous joke to add insult to injury!
