NEVER SHOULD HAVE SWITCHED TO OUTSURANCE!!! NEVER!!!

Our entire houses' pipes look like this. We submitted a claim and a very reasonable quote to replace all our hot water pipes and a very reasonable quote to replace all our cold water pipes. It has been a back an forth because you do not understand what we are saying no matter how we say it or how many times. My 20 month old baby has been bathing in cold water in winter. We have not claimed in the three years we have been with Outsurance and we just want hot water. Since they are doing it we feel the cold water should also be done to avoid doing this again in a month or two. What is the problem with these companies. So friendly and eager when you join but completely reluctant when you need their help. USELESS!!! The worst part is that I convinced my husband to move to you guys 3 years ago! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!
