I phoned to see if Outsurance can really beat my current insurance and save me from my horrid experience with Discovery insure. I was bowled out of the park by Brady's efficiency and awesome personality. He covered absolutely EVERYTHING i could think of and explained it very clearly. I knew where i stood and what i can and cant claim for. He was bubbly at the right time and serious at the right time and went the extra mile by speaking to his manager for me to try and shape an even better deal... and they got my business because HE TRIED. He succeeded too and im smiling about my new comprehensive car and household insurance. Well done Outsurance for hiring Brady! He is an asset to your organisation so dont let him ever get away!
