Never get anything out from Outsurance not even feedback

You still get nothing out with Outsurance... After months of begging for feedback I am still waiting... ********** 07 has still not been resolved. After I was hit on my bike broke my leg wrote off my bike and even went as far as getting them the witness details... Witness provided all necessary information about the accident and still no Feedback. Call... no the manager needs to provide feedback mail the manager reply whats the details... Forward all details and correspondence NO reply Cant take the to the ombudsman so i am going to the papers if i dont get helped!
