Never defaulted in payments cancelled and followed correct process Struggling to get a job with this on my credit profile
Can not secure a job because of your unfair listing. Never defaulted and followed correct process to cancel now my family has to suffer
Your feedback is the letter that can not help secure my job as I’m seen unfit thanks to you
“Good day
On our side, policy OT***1 cancellation was sent to the credit bureaus.
I have attached to this email a letter, which you can use to send to your credit report provider / TransUnion as proof that the policy is cancelled no outstanding amount due to OUTsurance.
From our side, we can only send a request for cancellation.”

15 Aug 2023, 09:44Good morning Thembi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are members of the Credit Providers Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums.
This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid.
Where premiums are not paid to us, there is no money owing to us as we do not provide cover during that period.
The credit bureaus have different manners of depicting the non-payment of premium.
We have not listed you and suggest that you refer your concerns directly to the credit bureaus as the information we provided them is correct.
Regards,
The OUTsurance Team
