Never deal with Outsurance or Safari Panelbeaters Heidelberg

Your member caused an accident, the assesor wrote incorrect information on the assessment. I pointed this out to Outsurance, and not everything I mentioned was added on the assessorts report. Started having troubles with the car not starting only after the accident. Took it to Safari Panelbeaters in Heidelberg. The boot still doesnt lock properly, I was laughed out by a Safari staff member when I asked whether the boot lock was fixed or replaced. He said the boot is fine, I showed him it doesnt lock, He then open the boot, hit it real hard to close and said to me, look it is working. Then I asked him about the car not wanting to start and he said the car reset itself. This is freaking ridiculous. Now, after I got the car back, the boot still doesnt lock and the car doesnt want to start. And all this because your member caused an accident. The ER visit isnt covered by Outsurance, and no vehicle I can use in the meantime.
