never called again

i spoke to one of your consultants and he gave me a quote of around R370 for a Lady @ out and my car insurance. he did promise to call back but he didnt..... Now im getting the same cover for R450.and they say i am at risk.But it wasn't my fault.he was suppose to call back as i was at work.
