<p>I had my first breakin ever on the 10th January 2017. When I contacted Outsurance, Neritha took my call. Neritha was so kind and patient, asking questions, explaining what she needed to put forward my claim. I forgot a few things and every time I contacted her she was very friendly and helpful. My claim has been settled before I knew it. Neritha is a great asset to Oursurance. I wish you can get more people as friendly, dedicated and very helpful as Neritha.
