Nearly 7 months wait for a minor 3rd party claim...

I have now been waiting for nearly 7 months for my third party claim to pay out. I had to submit a minor third party claim after the insured party (McDonalds Retail Park Pretoria East) knocked a s****** over on to my vehicle while I was parked in the parking lot of the fast food franchise. This occurred on the 24th of December 2019. I sent through the very last requirement for the claim prior to level 5 lockdown. Thembile Moletsane then contacted me again on the 10th of June with the uninsured release claim form which would supposedly be the very last requirement prior to the pay out. I then sent the requested documents back on the 11th of June and have sent 7 follow up emails to date nearly a month later with absolutely no feedback and no proof that my claim is being attended to. This is really disgusting service and I am furious. I have done absolutely everything that was requested from me but your legal department and consultants just aren't serious about third party claims.
