myself and my hubby are insured through OUTsurance. I needed to add cellphones and change a few things on our policy. Every single time I needed assistance or did not understand something Natasha Nel always assisted me with a smile in her voice. She is a confident lady and although I have not met her in person I am absolutely stunned at the brilliant service and patience she has given me. We are not BIG customers just regular average couple yet I got treated like a VIP client each and every single time. She always gets back to me. She deserves a raise if not a promotion.
