Myself and my family has always had a relationship with Outsurance. For years and years. Due to circumstances, unfortunately there was gaps in our client and business relationships. Due to both my parents passing, I decided to call in for a quote. The intention was only to get a quote. Yet the agent who called me just instantly peaked my interest just by being so customer centric. Her articulation, knowledge, patience, willingness to assist was a breath of fresh air.
