My VW bakkie ɓeing an old vehicle is insured on the Essential plan. The engine caught alight while driving and the engine bay is completely burnt out. I wasn't sure if it was covered, but within 48 hours I was paid out. Maggie Madolo was absolutely fantastic. Calming me down and handling everything with speed and competence. I have been with OUTSURANCE for many years and will NEVER change!!!
