My vehicle was vandalized at a Supermarket parking area

My vehicle was vandalized at a Supermarket parking area. My right back passenger door's window as well as my rear (boot) "windscreen" was completely shattered. We only joined Oursurance January 2025. We lodged a claim through Outsurance's app. Hassle free. Very User friendly. The claim hardly went through when a representative of Outsurance telephonically contacted us and without anything having to be done from our side, Outsurance handled absolutely everything. Within 8 hours both windows were replaced, at the comfort of our home. Should have "moved" over to them years ago, but it is never too late. Thank you Outsurance and also to My Glass PE for their excellent service, very professional, a job well done. So grateful.
