My vehicle broke down on the side of the road yesterday in torrential rain currently in Cape Town. I contacted Outsurance, and in less than 15 minutes, a tow truck arrived, loaded my vehicle, and took me home. Excellent service from Outsurance and the towing company contracted by them.
