My vehicle a Nissan NP200 was ****** from a restaurant parking area on the 14th of February 2026. On Monday the 16th of February I visited the OUTsurance office in Centurion. My claim application was professionally dealt with and on Tuesday I got info that my claim was approved. As I was stranded in Pretoria with no way to get back to my residence on a farm in the north eastern Freestate, I had to purchase a replacement vehicle. The assurance that my claim is approved gave me confidence to go ahead with the purchase. Thank you OUTsurance for the security. I promptly assured my newly acquired vehicle again with Outsurance and updated my policy before collection of my replacement vehicle.
