My utmost appreciation to Lindie Barkhuizen

I was involved in a car accident of which I was not in the wrong, I then I followed procedure in claiming from Outsurance and I got excellent service and I had to pay my excess of R2500 to the panel beaters. Few days back i received a call from Lindie Barkhuizen from Outsurance who informed me that Outsurance is recovering my excess from the other Insurance. Lindie Barkhuizen was so helpful that she gave me feedback regarding the claim and that I was clear in understanding the recovery process. Two days later which is today (02/10/2015) she called to confirm my banking details and gave me the good news that they have recovered my excess from the other insurance and i am giving her service to me a 120%.
