My TV was Damaged during the Christmas festivities and I have never claimed anything in all my 25 years if owning insurance. This time I decided to log on to the Outsurance app with ease and log a ticket. 10 min later a consultant called me to process my claim. I sent a few details and pictures and in a few ours the claim was approved for a brand new Samsung TV replaced by their service provider The Digital experience in Johannesburg. The TV unfortunately didnt make it for Christmas but it was delivered promptly on the 30 December just in time for New years. Thank you for the various consultants making my first claim a very pleasant experience. Thank you outsurance.
