My son’s motor scooter broke down at the waterfront

My son’s motor scooter broke down at the waterfront. I selected emergency services and immediately received a call from OUTsurance. I gave an incorrect number to contact my son and they called back saying no contact. We eventually sorted it out although very frustrating for OUTsurance they never gave up. Thanks so much. What great personnel they have. Well done 👍
