My son had a non fault accident on Saturday, 1 April 2023. The accident was reported to Outsurance on the scene and the vehicle was towed away. On Monday, 3 April 2023 that afternoon I received a call informing me that my vehicle was beyound repair and that it was written off. I was also informed that Outsurance will payout the full retail value of the vehicle. They settled my oustanding finance at Wesbank and paid the balance of the money straight into my personal account at the end of that same week. I could not believe the speed at which they settled this claim!!! It was just unbelievable and it allowed me to get new wheels under my bun in no time. They also managed to recover the cost from the guilty party and my acces payment was also paid back to me. I was really pleased with their amazing service and will reccomend them to anyone on any day. Thank you Outsurance for having me covered when I need you most...🙏🏻
