My side of the story does not want to be heard

I was hit by one of your clients on Teusday, when I tried to give my statement to the police officer, your client kept telling the officer I am lying. I went later to the traffic dept to give my full statement and I was informed by the lady on duty that the report was not taken by your client had still not taken the report and I was still able to tell my statement. I then called the insurance and asked how it is possible for me to do a claim but the lady said the claim had already been processed and will need to get the claim no from the client which was then refused as he says that I am guilty. He never told anyone that he was speeding in a 60 km/h zone with house and 3 entrances to a complex I had tried to turn into and this was 60m from a stop sign and the end of the road. I was already in the turn when he tried to overtake me on the right hand side of the road. He had me so hard that my whole car span around facing the opposite direction. Please could some help me.
