My safety in the hands of Outsurance for 6-8 weeks

Third party claim. I've send all requested documents to you on the 16th of February. after a week there was still no sms with the allocated legal advisor's details. i had to phone twice to get through to the right department and advisor. just to find out they still waiting for documents send it again on 23 February asking for feedback. on the 25th there was still no sms from with adviser details and even the advisor who originally send me the emails with the requested documents was cc in every email and he also did not respond. again on the 26th I had to call you. took my car on Monday the 3rd March for assessment. email today (March) only to find out claim takes 6-8 weeks. OK so in the mean time I have to drive 3 times in the week in the evening without the cars left head light working at all, also no indicators to the left. already got 2 warnings driving the car like that from traffic officers. we don't have another car so I assume that it is also going to be my problem whenever I have to get my car fixed that for a day or more I wont be able to go to work or take my kid to school. and you advertise yourself as the best insurance company. Will never use your insurance
