My roof collapsed on Wednesday 12th,I called Outsurance on Thursday yo out a claim,An emergency team was sent.to my house 3 hrs later to secure the ceiling for our safety that night. An assessor called the sane day for an appointment on Friday. HD came assessed and explained what he saw as the root cause and said he will call after doing a quote. My quote was done same day.Keneilwe from customer care called to confirm the claim,and my banking details. My claim was finalized in 48hrs . I was so pleased and relieved. I'm happy with the service.
