My review for the OUTsurance claim ***. From my first telephone call the consultant was friendly and helpful. I was updated regularly on the status of my claim either by telephone, email or text messages. I was informed frequently by OUTsurance on the repairs and progress of the work being carried out by their service provider. The work was completed timeously by the appointed contractor and effortlessly from my side. Thank you OUTsurance for your support and living up to the upstanding reputation you maintain.
