****my promotion
I received an email today saying Outsurance would like to beat my current insurance premium and if they can’t find I’ll get R500 or R1500. I sent a call back. Did the quote and they couldn’t beat my current insurer. Now their promotions department says I can’t get the incentive because I participated last year in April and the email from today must have been sent in error. Now that’s false advertising especially when you are the ones who emailed me.
Now how fair is that?

This said, to qualify for payment, Ts & Cs need to be met. You can only qualify for payment again after 24 months. We are sorry for the disappointment.
