My premium is half of my car installment

So I called OUTSurance this afternoon to update my address and guess what! My premium went up by close to R300! The funny thing is, I have relocated closer to work and I am driving less than what I used to but my premium is wayyy more than what it used to be. MY OUTSURANCE PREMIUM IS NOW HALF OF MY CAR INSTALLMENT. I really don't understand how OUTsurance operates, even the lady on the phone couldnt explain. What also scares me is the fact that I am not a new client, I insured my previous car with them but I still get treated like trash. I really am struggling to understand why young black females and males pay so much on insurance! I have a claim free history and I've been driving for 5 years, but NO... thats not enough to convince OUTsurance that I am not a high risk client. My skin colour and age have already told them otherwise. Thank you Outsurance and well done.
