My premium increased and i wanted to cut some of my cover to make it more affordable for me. I phoned Outsurance call centre and she offered to call me back, I explained to her that i wanted to cancell the content cover to make more affordable for me, she made some adjustments to my premuim and it came out R 84 less than my previous premuim before the premium increace - unbelievable- and its full cover.
