My Policy shows as DEBT on my credit record?????
I have a policy with OUTsurance that protects me against retrenchment/disability etc... I have never made a late payment as OUTsurance debits my account on a monthly basis...
On my credit record, the sum I have paid to date shows as debt to date? I dont know why this is but because of this my credit record is getting baaaaad... Please can you assist in this regard?
I really need your assistance on this
