My overall experience with OUTsurance for the funeral policy was absolutely amazing. When having to bury a loved one, there is so much preparations and planning and on top of that grieving. I had to wait on the doctor to provide the medical documents in order for the undertaker to get the death certificate,which took almost 5 working days I can with all honesty say that processing my claim was a breeze, the consultant that assisted me was fast and efficient and always in touch with me to find out the progress of the outstanding documents in order to proceed with my claim. As soon as I submitted the required documents,my claim was processed within an hour.this felt like a huge burden lifted from my shoulders and my family and I could finalise the funeral arrangements and bury our loved one with the dignity that he deserved.
