MY NEEDS TO BE FIXED

I am highly disappointed by outsource customer service.<br> Thinking of counselling my policy with them!!!<br> I signed and returned the disclaimer form told it would like +-74 hours.<br> I understood that, but for my disclaimer to be still pending for something I sent on Tuesday.<br> Have to resend cause of the lady dealing that's dealing with my case is not available.<br> I am a client my debit order has never bounced. Just this once when I really I need THEM pay up. My car needs to be fixed asp I can't afford to be waiting for other 74 hours. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!<br>
