My monday started a big shakey with a tyre burst on a national road. As a female alone in the car I was frightened. I went on the app requested assistance and within a minute I was called back, within 30min I was all sorted and back on the road. The service efficient and comforting. The agent called me after to check in and ensure that I was okay. Best service yet. Thank you.
