My laptop and other important stuff was ****** out of my booth

My laptop and other important stuff was ****** out of my booth.I didn't have the" Out and about " insurance.I told the consultant that I desperately need a laptop because I need it for my school/administrative work.Consulting her manager,immediately my claim was approved.I am still thankful.
