My initial experience with outsurance was a few years go when I was taking out car insurance on my then newly bought vehicle. The service and explanation of the cover then was really awesome. I was up to date about everything but then due to finances I switched to a different insurer under my parents. Recently I had a call with one male consultant at outsurance and he really left a bitter taste in my mouth. He was in such a hurry, forgot and reached questions that he had already asked. His mind seemed to be everywhere and not on the conversatio we were having. So I ended the call. However, recently I got a call from a female consultant who really made the call feel like I was having a heart to heart with a friend. Thus I ended up taking out life and funeral cover and I'm absolutely delighted at ther service till now.
