My husband's car was broken into at a shopping mall on Friday, 17 January 2025, at about 17:15. His laptop and other items were in his laptop bag and rucksack in the boot of his car. Both bags were ******. We contacted OUTsurance the following morning and reported the theft. We gave them the details of the incident and the police case no. The consultant who assisted us was very friendly, helpful and effecient. She went through the procedure with us ito submitting a claim and kept us informed. By Friday, 24 January 2025, exactly 5 working days later, our claim had been finalized, and the money deposited into our account. This is the first time I have submitted a claim, and I was very impressed with the service received. Thank you OUTsurance!
