My husband lost his rod and reel from a boat at sea last weekend. I put in a claim on Monday at about 11:00 and the claim was approved on Tuesday. We were sorted out within 24 hours. Outsurance is an awesome company. I never had any issues with them and they are always easily reached in an emergencies.
