My husband had an accident on a Thursday morning, he called OUTsurance and was assisted within minutes, help was there and he didn't have to worry about anything. Rethabile kept in contact with myself and my husband constantly, he was driven home and a courtesy vehicle was arranged within 2 hours of the accident. After that the team at OUT kept in contact and kept us updated every step of the way. We didn't have to do any follow up and Rethabile kept going the extra mile with all we needed.
