My husband broke down while in Botswana and with limited signal there I was tasked with getting his vehicle home while he continued on with his trip. One phone call to Kabelo at Outsurance and all my worries were dealt with. He arranged the tow back to my house and followed up, letting me know that everything regarding the claim was in order. I left Outsurance many years ago but decided to return and I am so glad I did. My experience with them was a way more pleasant experience than the one I had with my previous insurance company.
