My home loan was paid for and normally outsurance would add 12 months of insurance onto the policy in December. So because there was no more home loan they deducted 12 months insurance from my cheque account. So I wanted to pay R916 per month but a debit order went through for R10 994. So I got a bit of a fright. But one call to Mr Tommy and they basically sorted it out with a refund.
